A decorative lamp. It resembles a stool constantly trying to escape. The ESCAPE lamp is 3D printed from environmentally friendly PLA filament (derived from corn starch or sugar cane) - it's not plastic! Concept: This object is free from a specific style. An "escape" from stereotypes, boundaries, and formalities. It's an outlet for us as designers. A character into which we can infuse everything we've been hesitant to realize before. This project is flexible, effortlessly combining contradictions: minimalism and kitsch. It allows for the expression of the boldest ideas. Dynamic design, a vibrant and ever-evolving concept. It looks like a stool (only figuratively) that doubles as a floor lamp, or perhaps it's a sculpture? Or perhaps a comic book character? Its beauty is that it's all of these things at once. This is escape... Treat it with care and love, so it will bring you many years of joy.
Not intended for sitting on, it's an electrical appliance!
